ELIGIBILITY and QUALIFICATIONS FOR TEACHING VISA:
1. You must be a citizen of one of these seven countries: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa.
2. English has to be your mother tongue
3. You must have a Bachelor's degree from a university in these countries; Canada, the U.S., the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and South Africa.
4. You must not have any criminal record.

1. Location: Mokdong (southwestern Seoul)
Start date: beginning of July
Salary range: 1.8-2.0 M won
Type of students: elementary school students
Teaching hours: 25 hours
Class hours: 2-7pm

2. Location: Central Seoul
Start date: beginning of May
Salary range: 2.2 M won
Type of students: kinder-elementary school students
Teaching hours: 30 hours
Operating hours: 9am-6pm

3. Location: Jinju, Gyeongsangnamdo (clean & warm city near Busan, Stay far away from North Korea)
Start date: beginning of June
Salary range: 2.1-2.3 M won
Type of students: elementary-middle school students
Teaching hours: 30 hours
Operating hours: 3-10pm

4. Location: Daejon, Chungcheongnamdo (the 4th largest city in the middle of Korean peninsula)
Start date: beginning of May
Salary range: 2.1-2.3 million won
Type of students: kindergarten-elementary school students
Operating Hours: 9am-6pm
Housing: single

5. Location: Daejon, Chungcheongnamdo(the 4th largest city in the middle of Korean peninsula)
Start date: mid-late of May
Salary range: 2.0-2.2 million won
Type of students: kindergarten students
Operating Hours: 9 am-5 pm

FACTS YOU SHOULD KNOW :
1. For educational work visa, you need a bachelor’s degree and a clean background check. The background check has to be done within 6 months by nation-wide search.
2. Teaching experience is not essential, and all degree subjects are accepted. However, Korean employers tend to prefer candidates who have degree in education or in English, or TEFL/TESOL certificates.
3. Candidates pay no placement fees.
4. Getting a background check takes as long as 2 weeks up to 3 months. Visa process takes another 3-4 weeks.
