Yep, sorry, I've been surrounded by people talking about it so I guess I came to think everyone had heard of it.
NLP is a kind of 'reprogramming the brain' using language (the linguistic part of NLP). It's an ever more popular form of corporate training and it's usually aimed at motivation, leadership courses, stuff like that. Now it seems to be creeping into language training (
