A very simple but extremely delicious dish common in Japan called Miso Soup.
Miso Soup
Hi first of all put fish stock in pan ready.
Now cut daicon and carrots and put in pan. Add water.
boil.
cut up mushrooms (shitake). put them in pot.
Cut up and put in tofu.
Put in seaweed. (wakeme)
Mix in the miso paste. Taste to test.
