These are the little details students work out in their speaking after a while. They need lots of opportunities to listen to English before they can really start to be comfortable with these forms.

However, if you wanted to get it into their heads, it might be a good time for repetition.

Have them say about 10 of these in a row to really get comfortable with the sound and feeling of the sentences.

I suggest you listen
etc.
