I would have them look at a bunch of activities. You could use flashcards if you have them or just write them out on little pieces of paper. Then, give each student a sheet of paper (landscape with 4 columns.

I would head the columns
"before" - "before and now" - "now" - "never regualrly"

Then have the students place the activities in the appropriate column. Once they have completed the task, you can tell them to get rid of "before and now", as well as "never regularly" We want to keep "now" because we want to contrast past habitual actions with current actions.

From there you can have the quiz each other about different items. They can try to find as many people as possible who used to do the same things.

Sorry, i have a class in ... 2 minutes. Hopefully this makes a little sense and gives you an idea to build on.
