Creating a coaching plan for a corporation? Hi my dear friends, who of you would like to assist me in designing an English language and communication training plan for an international corporation? I know this sounds quite a mouthful and we can break it down into pieces. I have been working with that company since November last year and up to recently I had only one group of 4 employees and 1 person I did one-to-one sesssions with. Now there are three groups with 4 to 6 participants in each and two to three one-to-one candidates.
Because they have jobs and the training is on site and on the job the program has to be very flexible and targeted. That's why I would like to share my experiences with you, I need some kind of sounding board I can bounce ideas with.
I'll post my questions and plans here in my next posts. In the meantime, you might want to tell me if you have been (I guess many of you actually ARE) in a similar situation and how went about creating a plan.
