 Going out with your students
Hey all,
I just got back from going out with my uni. freshmen students. They just finished all of their finals and they asked their professor, me, to go out with them. I had such a wonderful time having a few drinks with them and being able to provide them with some unique chances to practice their English OUTSIDE of the un-natural environment they are all to used to - the classroom.
Have you ever gone out with your students? Did you find it difficult to have a good time with them knowing they used to be your students?
Had they continued to be my students, I would have never gone out with them. But, I figured that since they are no longer my students, it would be okay. The whole class loved it. |
