Okay, Majid72: I'll give you the same warning that I give all my students. I learned English in the U.S., in a small town on the East Coast. So, I don't know EVERYTHING about English.
Still, I would say that "Come to grips with a problem" is either 'American' or 'correct.' I've never heard 'get to grips with a problem.' But that doesn't mean it isn't British/Australian.
