 Teaching Burmese students???
Hello all! I am a brand new, 1st year ESL teacher in a huge district in Wisconsin. Most of my kids are Spanish speakers and working with them is fairly easy. However, I have a family who just arrived from a refugee camp in Burma. i have 2 sophomores and one 7th grader and they speak no English (obviously) and never attended school. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?? HELP! |
