I encourage interntionals to use the online Mirriam-Webster Dictionary:
http://www.merriam-webster.com/ Download their toolbar so when you come to a new word you aren't sure of pronouncing, you can copy and paste it into the toolbar. Click on the speaker icon to hear the word pronounced. Further, listen to that site's Word for the Wise as you read the short transcript. Practice reading it aloud, then record your voice and compare it with their speaker.
