 Re: match or game?
Am no expert but I would say they are mostly interchangeable. I would go to a football game or match, but I would consider 'game' to be more familiar (the real fans would call it a game).
In tennis you have a game, set and match and they are different, as you advance. So in that case they shouldn't be confused. |
