Interesting what you say about accents. I have a Scottish teacher working at my school and some of my ex students commented that they had some difficulty understanding. However, I pointed out that they'd soon get used to it and that it was in fact very useful experience for them in understanding different people speaking. Let's face it, anywhere you go nowadays you'll hear accents from all over the world, so learners need as much exposure to different ways of speaking as possible! Most course books use a variety too - it's normal.
Anyway, I'm looking for people to re-record some audio files for me for the very reasons mentioned before. If you're interested let me know and I'll get in touch.
